The route winds its way almost entirely on unpaved roads in the woods of the Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino. The first section runs along the shore of the Fortebuso Lake. The wood of the pines growing here is used for the construction of musical instruments like violins. The tour starts at the Natural Parc visitor centre in Paneveggio, and runs along the shore of the lake in the first part; after the dam ride over the tibetan bridge . Afterwards you have to push your bike for some meters. You reach loc Sottosassa and then Predazzo. To go back to Paneveggio you have the possibility to catch the public means of transport. This easy trail begins in the centre of Capriana and runs towards the porphyry mines in the area, and on towards Prai De Manz, from where it then goes uphill, with a few strenuous climbs to Passo Cisa. Once you have reached Passo Cisa, in the heart of the Monte Corno Nature Park on a steep and dirt road, you can ride up to the Malga Corno Hut where you can enjoy a breathtaking and panoramic view of Val di Fiemme.

The name of the tour explains the fact that you pass places both symbolic and important, with many events having taken place here in the frontline between Austria and Italy in the First World War. The starting point is Ziano, on it goes uphill through the Val di Sadole, initially on an asphalt road, then on forest roads. The goal is the hut, inside there is a museum with testimonies from the First World War.

This tour leeds you onto the Alpe del Cermis almost exclusively on unpaved forest roads and is very tiring. The starting point is located in Dos dei Laresi, accessible by bike or directly from Cavalese by cable car. The goal is Eurotel Cermis but you can also ride until Paion del Cermis, the highest point of the tour and also the skiing area (2.200 mt.). On this point the trail offers a 360 degree panorama of the surrounding peaks Lagorai, Latemar and Pale di San Martino.

From the bus station in Cavalese go along the former railway line along and down, past the ancient church of St. Valier to the former, water-powered sawmill, which is still functioning and can be visited. You can easily reach Cascata also along the asphalted road. From Cascata you ride on the bike path to Molina di Fiemme, from here the route goes uphill, along the Cadino creek until agritur Arodolo. Return on a good forest track.

This easy route meanders on forest trails on the hydrographic left side, and to the top of the Fiemme Valley, going through Le Ville (locations: Daiano, Carano, Varena). Take the exit that leads to the S. Lugano Pass slowly and with care. At the km 12 marker is a wooden panel commemorating World War 1. Here there is also a track which takes in seven Austrian Military positions.

This wonderful tour will introduce one of the most characteristic valleys in the area. The route runs mostly on unpaved roads in the Val Venegia valley, until you reach the famous Baita Segantini hut. From this privileged vantage point at 2.200 m altitude, you can admire the cliffs of the Pale di San Martino in their full beauty. Very suggestive tour with a low degree of difficulty. It starts in the locality Castelir, at the ski area Bellamonte Lusia. You take the cablecar until the second arrival then turn right and go on until Malga Canvere. Here you can either go down through a wonderful single track and return to the starting point or go further until you reach Malga Bocche. From Malga bocche you take the forest road until Val dei Buoi . Then turn left and go back towards the end of the tour. You have the possibility to visit Forte Dossaccio, very interesting site of the First World War.

The tour starts in Predazzo c/o the public swimmingpool and leads to the Valmaggiore valley, a sloping side valley in the Lagorai mountain range area. You can reach first the Valmaggiore Hut, then back turn right direction Cece lake, surrounded by hundreds of very old pine trees. To go back you ride again on trails down to the Sotto Sassa gorge.

This route only runs straight uphill and is very demanding. It begins at the end of the cycle lane in Molina di Fiemme, and runs to the Manghen Pass, further uphill to Ponte Stue where the paved road gets even steeper. Arrival point is the Pass above the mountain hut, at 2050 metres of altitude. Total ascent 1.200 mt, distance of 17 km, maximum gradient 15%; on the other side you can ride down a speeding downhill along the 19 km which leads you to Borgo Valsugana.

This tour leeds 360° round of the Latemar massif and offers impressive and unforgettable views. The starting point is Predazzo, (where the Latemar cable car brings us to the Feudo pass (2.200 mt), (where you take a steep climb from “Fol“ locality, up to the Feudo pass 1.200 mt above your head), in the Fiemme Obereggen ski area. The tour then reaches the Carezza lake, a pearl in the midst of pine trees, in its still waters it reflects the peaks of the Rosengarten. From Karerpass it goes downhill again returning to Moena and along the cycle path back to Predazzo.

Start in the center of Cavalese, through Carano towards Calvello and then into the woods, bringing you to the meadows of Ganzaie. A wonderful downhill begins on Cugola Pass. Enjoy a refreshment in a Mountain Hut and continue in the direction of the Oclini Pass. The descent, at first on a forestry road, leads you to the Lavazè pass. After this point you may have to push on a steep and narrow path!
